As we have already seen in class, here you have some videos where other students do the same test that you are going to have next Tuesday. Please, have a look and pay attention:
INTRODUCTION: the examinator will ask you two questions:
What is your name?
How old are you?
PART 1: DIFFERENCES
PART 2: STORY
PART 3: ODD ONE OUT
PART 4: INTERVIEW
We all agree that all jobs are equally important: carpenters, doctors, miners, teachers, architects, bus drivers, crop farmers... Each profession helps us to have a better life.
Depending on what they do, we organise them into THREE SECTORS:
-Primary sector: here, workers obtain raw materials. For instance a fisherman.
-Secondary sector: workers transform raw materials into products. For example: industrial workers.
-Tertiary sector: provides us with a service. For instance, a shop assistant.
Could you make a list of jobs in each of the sectors? Try it and show me at class.
